Since our products are made-to-order, shipping can take up to 3 weeks. Once shipped, expect an email with a tracking link. For any questions please email team@amotha.com.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

As a small, independent business we currently do not offer free returns. This piece is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it arrives damaged or defective. 

🌸 To initiate a return for a faulty product please complete the following step:

1. Email us at team@amotha.com.

2. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

4. You will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in, within a day of receipt of delivery and send the photo directly to team@amotha.com.

Once a return has been received and accepted, amotha will arrange for a refund back as a store credit. Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed.
