Shipping & Delivery

Since our products are made-to-order, shipping can take up to 3 weeks. Once shipped, expect an email with a tracking link. For any questions please email team@amotha.com.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Yes, we offer free shipping for over $250 USD.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns & Refunds

As a small, independent business we currently do not offer free returns however we are able to offer exchanges and returns for store credit if you opt for either of these two options we will cover the shipping cost of the return if the order value is above $250 USD.
We’re happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition with all original tags attached within 7 days.This excludes jewelry.
🌸 Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Made-To-Measure items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
🌸 To initiate a returns please complete the following step:
1. Email us at team@amotha.com.
2. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.
If a product is faulty, you will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in, within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo directly to team@amotha.com.
Once a return has been received and accepted, amotha will arrange for a refund back as a store credit. Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
We are able to offer exchanges and returns for store credit if you opt for either of these two options we will cover the shipping cost of the return if the order value is above $250 USD.

You have upto 2 days from the day of the order placed to change or cancel an order. Please contact team@amotha.com and we will do our best to accommodate your change.
